I did back in 2008 when I was tasked to start a bank at the height of the financial crisis.

On a regular Friday morning, my boss said, “We’re starting a bank.” Unbelievable, isn’t it?

Amidst a financial crisis, we established an $11 billion bank in a matter of months.

Talk about diving headfirst into the unknown!
