What kinds of information do you have included with your service?
We have included information from bank call reports, performance reporting, new articles, stock filing information, geographical details, deposit data, legal entity information with hierarchies and organizational charts. We are constantly seeking the latest information on banks and adding it to our data set with world-class visualizations to help our customers see the information.
Do you have call report data in your service?
Yes, we have call report data for the past 21 years for all banks – active and inactive. This data along with the Uniform Bank Performance Report (UBPR) data provides the foundation of robust information on the bank.
What other types of data does your service provide?
We have included key data like the enforcement actions on banks by regulators, the legal entity hierarchy from bank holding companies to the smallest subsidiary, the key decision makers at the bank presented in the form of an organizational chart and the latest and historical news for each bank.
Sounds like a lot of information, how will I know where to start?
Yes, it can be overwhelming to think about 5,000 banks and over 300 million data records on these banks but you need not fear – we have made it easy to view this information using data visualization. You can begin at any level – a single bank or all banks and view the relevant information in static or dynamic visualizations. This is one way that we differentiate our service – we care about data visualization. We give you the ability to see the data in order to take action.
Are you able to accept foreign payments?
Yes, any payment form that is accepted by our merchant services provider can be accepted.
I signed up for an account but I forgot my username. How can I find out my username?
We use email addresses for usernames. We would suggest attempting one or more of your email addresses as usernames.
I do not know how to access a particular report. Can you assist me with accessing this information?
